Wednesdays 3pm to 4:40pm
Thursdays 3:30pm to 5pm
Saturdays 12:30pm to 2pm
This 1.5 hour class running for 5/6 weeks teaches boys and girls to safely use a full sized sewing machine and construct projects from start to finish. Along the way they'll learn how to use simple patterns and learn the skills to create beautiful crafts. They'll leave class beaming with pride and confidence of their work and progress.
Classes are small so
that each child will get one to one attention and assistance. All fabric, patterns, and supplies are provided.
There are limited sewing machines available to use.
If your child has access to a sewing machine, I suggest bringing it to the class as it
will help them become more comfortable with sewing at home. Old machines can be serviced at the Singer
Sewing Centre in Waterford. They can also look after you if
you are looking for a new or refurbished machine.
If
you don't have a sewing machine, I have a limited amount of
machines available to use, just select "I don't have a sewing
machine" before adding it your cart.
